What is your return policy for bicycles?
We offer a 14-day 'Ride and Decide' return policy. If you aren't completely satisfied with your bike, you can return it for a full refund, minus shipping costs, provided it is in the same condition as received.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, standard ground shipping for bicycles usually takes between 3 to 7 business days.
Do the bikes arrive fully assembled?
Bikes are shipped 95% assembled in our custom heavy-duty boxes. You will only need to perform a few simple steps like installing the front wheel, handlebars, and pedals before you are ready to ride.
