Initiate Your Return

Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the order and specific items you wish to return for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack with Care

Securely pack the bicycle or components in the original shipping box using the protective materials provided to ensure the equipment remains undamaged during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

Inspection and Refund

Once our certified mechanics inspect the returned item to verify its condition, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
